- Corn Flour – 1/4th cup

- Tomato Sause – 1 tablespoon
- Soya Sause – 1 tablespoon
- Red chilly Sause – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon – 1/2 Piece or 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Ginger garlic
- Pepper powder
- Chopped Coriander leaves.
How to prepare the Baby Corn Manchurian at home?
Step by Step guide to prepare the Baby Corn Manchurian recipe
1 Take the vessel first, pour the water inside the vessel then start boiling the water.
2 Add chopped Baby Corn into hot water with little salt & boil it for 7 to 8 minutes in medium flame.
3 Then separate the Baby Corn without water and keep it aside in a plate or bowl.
4 Take a mixing bowl and add Maida (all-purpose flour), corn flour, salt, chilly powder, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste then add cooked baby corn and add water gradually to get baby corn sticky, then rest it for 2 minutes.
5 Take frying pan add some oil and heat it in a medium flame.
6 Then take Baby Corn one by one and put it in the boiling oil.
7 Once the each Baby Corn is fried(brown-goldish color) take it one by one outside and let it cool down.
8 Now once again take a separate frying pan then add 3 to 5 table spoon of oil.
9 Add chopped onions, capsicum, green chilly and toss(mix) it for 5 to 6 seconds.
10 Then add 1/4th spoon of pepper powder, 1/2 lemon or 1 table spoon of vinegar.
11 Add tomato Sause, soya Sause, red chilly Sause, red food color (optional).
12 Add honey or sugar(as you require) then add very little amount of salt as required because all the Sause contains salt and toss it for a minutes.
13 Finally add all the fried Baby Corn and give a stir for few seconds.
14 Turn off the flames and just sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves.
